Access financial tools that let you do more from any device, anywhere, anytime. Our new digital banking solution will allow you to send money to friends instantly, manage your cards, make deposits, pay bills, and bank through a single, secure experience.

May 11, 2020

  • Mobile deposits will be unavailable starting at 12:00am due to the system upgrade

  • If you use Quicken or QuickBooks, read the transition guides to prepare for the system upgrade


May 13, 2020

  • Online Bill Pay will be unavailable starting at 6:00pm

  • ATMs will be cash withdrawals only starting at 12:00am. View ATM status

  • Debit card transaction limits temporarily decrease from $1,000 to $600

 

May 14-17, 2020

  • Starting Thursday, May 14 at 6:00pm, system upgrades will make Online Banking, TeleBanking and the Mobile Banking App unavailable

  • However, you will still be able to access your accounts during this downtime by calling or visiting a Kish Bank branch. You can also continue to use your debit card and checks

  • If you have any questions or issues, contact Kish Innovation Support

 

May 18, 2020

  • Online Banking, Bill Pay, and TeleBanking services will resume at 9:30am

  • The new Kish Mobile Banking App will be available for download

  • ATMs will start being restored to full capability. View ATM status

  • Normal transactions limits will resume for debit cards

  • Continue using your same debit card and checks as usual

What you need to know about digital banking

Online & Mobile Banking and Bill Pay:

  • When logging in for the first time on May 18 at 9:30am or thereafter, your Username will remain the same 

  • Your temporary password will be reset to your Username plus the last 4 digits of your SSN or EIN (applies to Business Express Users also). You will be prompted to change your password after you sign in for the first time

  • Business Online Banking Users: If you currently use a Company ID to log in, your new Username is your Company ID plus your existing Username. Your password is your new Username plus the last 4 digits of your EIN

Person-to-Person Payments

  • Log in to Digital Banking and go to the “Move Money” tab and follow the prompts to send money to your friends instantly for free

Debit Card On/Off Controls 

  • Log in to Digital Banking and go to the “Manage Cards” tab to turn your debit card on or off

 

Telephone Banking 

  • Create a new PIN when calling for the first time. Your temporary PIN will be the last four digits of your SSN or EIN

  • The TeleBanking number will remain the same (1-888-333-5474)

The new mobile app will give you full-featured functionality. To get the new Digital Banking experience on your mobile device, go to your device's app store and search for "Kish Bank app."
