What you need to know about digital banking
Online & Mobile Banking and Bill Pay:
When logging in for the first time on May 18 at 9:30am or thereafter, your Username will remain the same
Your temporary password will be reset to your Username plus the last 4 digits of your SSN or EIN (applies to Business Express Users also). You will be prompted to change your password after you sign in for the first time
Business Online Banking Users: If you currently use a Company ID to log in, your new Username is your Company ID plus your existing Username. Your password is your new Username plus the last 4 digits of your EIN
Log in to Digital Banking and go to the “Move Money” tab and follow the prompts to send money to your friends instantly for free
Debit Card On/Off Controls
Log in to Digital Banking and go to the “Manage Cards” tab to turn your debit card on or off
Create a new PIN when calling for the first time. Your temporary PIN will be the last four digits of your SSN or EIN
The TeleBanking number will remain the same (1-888-333-5474)

Brand New to Digital Banking?
On May 18 or thereafter, simply go to KishBank.com, click the yellow LOGIN button, click the “Sign Up” link and follow the prompts.

First-Time Login Experience
1. Go to Kishbank.com and click the yellow login button in upper right corner
3. Update your password
2. Enter your existing username & temporary password
Enter your existing Username. Your temporary password has been set to your Username plus the last 4 digits of your SSN. You will be prompted to change your password after you sign in for the first time
4. Set up your security questions
These will be used as an additional authentication step when logging in to your accounts on a new device
Your new mobile banking experience
The new mobile app will give you full-featured functionality. To get the new Digital Banking experience on your mobile device, go to your device's app store and search for "Kish Bank app."
Apple Device Users
You will need to update the existing app. This will happen automatically if you have auto-updates enabled.
Android Device Users
You will need to delete our old mobile app and download the new mobile app. Go to your device’s app store and search for “Kish Bank app.”
